We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Floater) to join us in a temp-to-perm capacity, supporting our team of recruiters across multiple capabilities and business units. You’ll be a key partner in driving forward seamless and efficient hiring processes, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or recruitment support, ideally in an agency or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse strongly preferred; Workday experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom, and Teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative, responsive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a flexible recruitment operations support for multiple recruiters across a variety of disciplines.
  • Schedule interviews and manage all logistics across time zones and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
  • Collect and track interview feedback to inform next steps and improve process quality.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data within Greenhouse and Workday, partnering closely with TA Partners, Finance, and Resource Management.
  • Draft and send offer documents with precision and ensure timely initiation and review of background checks.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of new hires to the onboarding team by completing all pre-boarding steps.
  • Partner with the TA Operations Manager to help manage freelance/temp hiring processes, onboarding workflows, and system documentation.
  • Support Greenhouse adoption and training efforts across hiring teams to ensure successful system implementation and usage.
  • Jump in on ad hoc projects and team priorities – from pipeline reporting to system clean-up to process improvements.
