Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but 4 years of recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
  • Stellar communication skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and best practices.
  • Experience with selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Familiar with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  • Especially skilled in using LinkedIn, Instagram and career platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist US HR partners by entering requisitions.
  • Find top candidates using databases and social media.
  • Flex your creative mind through job advertising and marketing career opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to create templates that support the recruitment team.
  • Handle interview scheduling for the recruitment team, including video and on-site interviews.
  • Schedule and support candidate travel for interviews (as applicable).
  • Manage the hiring process from the offer phase to the first day of onboarding.
  • Support the team in continuous improvement to ensure the most efficient and smooth processes.
