These roles will support our pipeline high volume or less complex non-pipeline recruiting teams. The recruiting coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the talent acquisition process, including pre-employment and onboarding activities. Handles interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinates logistics for in-person and virtual recruiting activities, and maintains accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensures timely communication among recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates, contributing to an efficient and consistent recruiting process and a positive stakeholder experience.
