About The Position
Klaviyo is looking for an organized and customer-centric individual to join the Emerging Talent team as a Recruiting Coordinator. This individual will play a key part in supporting our evolving Emerging Talent program. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire candidate coordination lifecycle for our Emerging Talent roles and supporting the team with logistics for on-campus and in-office events and programming for our interns and co-ops. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in helping us scale our early career hiring at Klaviyo, and will gain direct exposure to all things emerging talent recruiting, with the ability to lean in and learn from a best-in-class Emerging Talent team.
