About The Position
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Baxter Auto, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, hiring, and onboarding employees according to current and future staffing needs within assigned stores. You will be responsible for managing all job openings and closings for assigned stores, including auditing requisitions to ensure accuracy and consistency. Additionally, you will coordinate and attend internal and external hiring events as well as local community, civic, high school, technical, and college/university events. Participation in ongoing job training provided by the Support Services Talent Acquisition Team is also part of your responsibilities, along with performing other duties as assigned by management.
