This job executes the full life cycle of all back-end recruiting activities for all positions. Coordinates all pre-boarding events and maintaining compliance as it relates to job requirements, supports the Leadership & Executive Recruitment activities, and serves as the primary point of contact to selected candidates. Assists with scheduling interviews and provides support at job fairs and campus recruiting events as well as support recruitment policies, programs, and implementation of initiatives. Initiates pre-boarding and tracks the status of selected candidates. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
