The Recruiting Co-op will support our Platform Services Talent Management team with full-time and campus and intern / co-op recruiting efforts across various departments. This role involves heavy candidate scheduling and coordination from first rounds/phone screens through candidate debriefs, as well as coordinating candidate communications and logistics. The Co-op will also maintain regular communications with our external search firm partners to provide search updates and scheduling requests. Additionally, the Co-op will assist with the initiation of background checks and first day orientation scheduling, along with other initiatives related to the talent management function for our Platform Services teams as needed.
