About The Position

In this role, you assist in managing the full-cycle recruiting process across all of our locations; Marshfield, Appleton, Green Bay, Eau Claire, Stevens Point, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix. You'll help hire for various office roles, from entry-level to executive-level leadership roles. If you are looking for a difference-making role, this is it!

Requirements

• You are a people person who loves connecting with individuals to learn more about their skills and abilities
• Familiarity with social media and other unique methods of identifying and engaging with passive and active candidates
• Experience with computer programs such as the Microsoft Suite
• Good customer service background and experience connecting with individuals through multiple communication platforms

Nice To Haves

• Recent college graduate or an individual looking to break into a Human Resources career

Responsibilities

• Partners with Employee Relations Manager to determine staffing needs
• Screens resumes and interview candidates
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers
• Follows up with hiring managers and candidates to obtain feedback on recruitment process
• Drafts and delivers offer letters
• Administers onboarding process for new hires
