About The Position

Basement Kings USA is a growing foundation repair company supporting multiple brands across the country. We’re looking for a part-time Recruiting Assistant to support our Head of Operations by managing day-to-day recruiting activities for 3–5 foundation repair companies.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with candidates while keeping the hiring process moving.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with candidates by phone
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR experience is a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Prior recruiting or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and applicants in JazzHR
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and keep them informed
• Help maintain a consistent recruiting process across multiple locations
• Support hiring for construction and field-based roles
