About The Position
G&Z is looking for a Driver Recruiter/Payroll Benefits Specialist with strong phone and interpersonal skills to join our fast-paced trucking company. In this role, you will make cold calls and utilize our Tenstreet and Social Media platforms to locate potential drivers and assist HR with benefits administration and weekly payroll tasks. This person will pre-screen applicants to ensure they meet the company and DOT standards before scheduling for orientation. Our ideal candidate will also be comfortable utilizing available search engines and social media platforms in their recruiting efforts and must be able to multitask and pivot between tasks efficiently.
