Responsibilities

• Utilize platforms like Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and Facebook to identify and engage top talent for agency roles and Protege participants.
• Create a strong candidate network by prospecting resumes, leveraging referrals, and social media platforms.
• Write compelling job advertisements that resonate with candidates and attract high-quality applicants.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including licensing, compliance, and Farmers training programs.
• Partner with district leadership and agency owners to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
