We are seeking a highly organized and personable Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to manage and enhance the recruiting coordination and new hire onboarding processes for our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in recruiting coordination, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing a seamless and positive experience for every candidate, from initial contact through their first day with the company. In this role, you will be integral in creating a world-class experience for candidates while ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all stages of the hiring process. You'll partner closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and HR to streamline onboarding, build relationships with candidates, and set the tone for a positive and engaging work environment.
