Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 1-2 years of Recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with employment laws such as FMLA, PFML, and ADA.
  • Experience using HR software systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and extending offers.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment metrics.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by managing the completion of required documentation, processing HRIS information, and ensuring new hires have access to required systems and materials.
  • Manage the performance review process by tracking review schedules, distributing materials, and assisting managers with completion and follow-up.
  • Administer employee leave requests, including FMLA, PFML, and other leaves, ensuring all documentation and communication are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist with handling employee status changes such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and departmental transfers.
  • Assist with seasonal staffing and subcontractor onboarding, ensuring that all documentation, agreements, and procedures are completed in accordance with company standards.
  • Answer a multi-line phone system with ease.
  • Facilitate communication by effectively navigating computer and phone systems, while following all company standards.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships throughout all communications, while demonstrating a professional and positive image to our customers.
  • Prioritize, research, and respond to requests for information, requirements, or issues.
  • Demonstrate high quality performance through accuracy and attention to detail in a timely manner.
  • Foster communication and exhibit exceptional customer service in all professional interactions for both internal and external customers.
  • General office filing, mailing, maintaining printer/copier/fax machine.
  • Take inventory and order office supplies when needed.
  • Delivery of invoices and statements to customers.
  • Weekly outgoing communication to customers regarding scheduling of services.
  • Assist with general marketing tasks and maintain newsletter database for existing and prospective clients.
