Under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management and Marketing, as a part of the overall effort to enhance the reputation, relationships, and visibility of the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University, this position is responsible for implementing the schools integrated mission-based recruiting plans and admissions policies, processes, and procedures in order to engage, admit, and enroll a diverse set of prospective students. The Recruiting and Admission Operations Specialist will have an understanding of market segments as well as the School’s programs and be able to represent and academic programs accurately and persuasively to prospective students and others. The Recruiting and Admission Operations Specialists work will be informed by JST-SCU’s strategic Plan, En Camino.
