About The Position

Are you a "people person" with a knack for organization? We are looking for a Shared Services Admin to assist our team with recruiting and employee retention. In this role, you aren't just an administrator—you are the first point of contact for our visitors, the tech-guide for our frontline employees, and a vital partner to our Recruiting and HR teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your day ranges from welcoming new applicants to mastering office logistics, we want to meet you!

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Common-sense approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR information with total confidentiality
  • Regularly sit, stand, and walk
  • Occasional lifting/moving of office supplies (up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage multi-line phone system
  • Help team members access pay stubs and navigate employee portals
  • Troubleshoot company apps
  • Pre-screen candidates
  • Schedule interviews

  • Manage office supplies
  • Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
