About The Position
We’re looking for a Recruiting Account Manager to support a federal hiring program in Orange County, FL. This role will work closely with recruiters and program leadership to ensure critical roles are filled quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Experience supporting government or federal contract hiring (required)
- Experience with staffing agency recruiting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting reporting
- Must be located in Orange County, FL
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between recruiters and program leadership
- Manage recruiting pipelines and candidate submissions
- Track hiring progress and provide status updates
- Ensure recruiting activities align with federal contract requirements
- Help drive hiring results for mission-critical roles
