About The Position
The Recruiter position at ComPsych involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high volume roles within a dynamic and growing talent acquisition team. This hybrid role requires collaboration with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and the ability to source both active and passive candidates, particularly in the mental health sector. The recruiter will also educate managers on interviewing techniques and provide recruitment reports to management.
