As a Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team at Potawatomi Casino Hotel, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your keen eye for identifying talent and genuine passion for networking. You will need top-notch organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Your role will involve working daily in the applicant tracking system, posting jobs, evaluating applications, and moving candidates through the required status steps. You will also extend job offers, conduct initial background checks, facilitate group and walk-in interview sessions, and attend offsite career fairs. Partnering with managers to understand hiring needs and developing strategies to expand applicant pools will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support and enforce the Forest County Potawatomi Community resolution on Native American Hiring Preference and work with colleges, technical schools, workforce agencies, and community partners to build talent pipelines. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
