About The Position

The Recruiter at AdventHealth Corporate is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and acquire talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews using Behavioral Interview techniques, and managing the onboarding process. The Recruiter will focus on filling entry-level roles in both clinical and non-clinical areas, as well as internships and residency programs, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• RPO/Agency experience preferred.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR preferred.
• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with Behavioral Interview techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs and review attrition rates.
• Focus on recruitment for entry-level roles for clinical and non-clinical positions, as well as internships and residency pipelining.
• Develop strategies to acquire talent and ensure vacancies are filled timely.
• Articulate the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
• Use an intake process with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and set SLAs.
• Source and recruit candidates, developing skills to pre-close candidates during intake.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for the organization.
• Ensure Behavioral Assessments are completed and reflect quality hire expectations.
• Prepare salary offers and manage counter offers as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
