Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Talent Sourcing/Acquisition/Recruiting experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with social media tools for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing top candidates using various methods such as networking, referrals, and online searches.

• Assisting candidates with the onboarding process.
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews for prospective employees.
• Coordinating on-site interviews and documenting interview feedback.
• Evaluating employment factors such as experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
