About The Position
The recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of hourly non-skilled positions and hourly construction trades, including but not limited to, welders, fitters, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters. The Recruiter will be responsible for writing job postings, posting positions on job boards, updating social media platforms, maintaining the ATS, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations to senior management. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) on-site position, no remote work.
