Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager at DRMP, you will be part of a team that is quickly identifying, assessing, and hiring key talent to enable the continued rapid expansion of the company. We are counting on you to be a talent advisor to our hiring managers. You will leverage your talent and expertise to source, engage, and attract top talent to our business. The best-qualified candidates will have great critical thinking skills, a strategic talent management mindset, mastery in sourcing talent, the ability to manage the hiring process with diplomacy, and a strong desire to advance their careers.
