About The Position
The Recruiter is key in driving CityMD's growth and success by sourcing and selecting the best talent in alignment with the CityMD brand. They will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process and will be responsible for creating a pipeline for openings by sourcing candidates on multiple job sites, promoting opportunities at community events and job fairs, while managing inbound candidate applications. This is a remote role minus any in-person meetings or trainings. Candidate selected must reside in the NY Tri-State area to attend local events 1-2x per month.
