About The Position
The Recruiter at Horseshoe Bay Resort is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating job candidates while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential hires. This role involves collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and the HR Team to ensure effective hiring practices and onboarding processes. The Recruiter will also represent the resort at job fairs and develop long-term employment sources through networking with educational institutions and agencies.
