As a Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full life cycle of high-volume recruiting, particularly focusing on Manufacturing and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) recruiting. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, evaluating, networking, and hiring top-tier talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will utilize hiring metrics to develop innovative and efficient hiring solutions, addressing the company's highest priority hiring needs. Additionally, you will provide daily support to the Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA/HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership within the TA team.
