About The Position

The Recruiter at Ring Power Corporation is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent across multiple business units. This role involves managing the full cycle recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Recruiter will also track key metrics, assist with training programs, and participate in community outreach to build applicant sources.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study.
• 5-6 years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC, and OFCCP.
• Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from various sources.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Previous DOD SkillBridge Military recruiting experience.
• Experience with iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Partner with management to forecast and develop staffing plans.
• Schedule and attend job/career fairs to generate qualified applicants.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting various organizations.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple business units.
• Post and manage the status of open positions using the hiring management system.
• Communicate regularly with local and branch managers and HR Liaisons.
• Work closely with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
• Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood by candidates.
• Develop and conduct training programs for managers to improve hiring efficiencies.
• Track and report key metrics to measure staffing activity.
• Maintain applicant and hiring records to meet Affirmative Action Plan requirements.
• Assist with the Ring Power Apprentice program including recruitment and testing.
