About The Position

Actively involved in the full recruitment cycle for our Craft Labor team from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. Ensures all positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a timely manner. The Recruiter will handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor market complexity. Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws. Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position. Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc. Coach hiring manager in regards to competitive compensation and collaborate with Benefits/Compensation if necessary. Evaluates profiles of potential candidates and performs necessary phone screen assessments (screen all candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and position qualifications); and then works with coordinator to schedule and attends face to face interviews (as needed) pending a positive outcome. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education.
  • Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS).
  • Proficient Knowledge of employment laws to ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to set plans and execute with a sense of urgency to achieve business results.
