Requirements

5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Customer Support, etc.)
Technical recruiting experience is highly valued (Engineering, Product, IT, Data)
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality
Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred), and sourcing strategies
Deep understanding of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends
