We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across the business. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll partner directly with leaders, shape hiring strategy, and play a key role in scaling teams across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, and beyond. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Technical recruiting experience is highly valued (Engineering, Product, IT, Data)
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality
  • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred), and sourcing strategies
  • Deep understanding of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends
