About The Position

What You'll do : The ideal candidate is a strong executor who seamlessly navigates across disciplines and departments to drive our hiring engine. You should be prepared to wear many hats while partnering closely with leadership to hire top-tier talent across both R&D and GTM functions. Beyond recruiting work, as an early employee, you’ll be part of defining our company culture, values, and style. Our current team is small but highly energetic, and excited to dig into big scary problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for both highly technical R&D (Engineering, Product) and GTM (Sales, Marketing) organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and closing complex senior leadership and executive-level searches.
  • A strong bias for execution, with the ability to independently manage a high-volume, diverse requisition load.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess candidates for both technical capability and startup resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting across the business, seamlessly pivoting between highly technical engineering roles and revenue-driving GTM positions.
  • Take ownership of executive-level searches, partnering directly with the leadership team to source, engage, and close Director, VP, and C-level talent.
  • Drive a seamless, high-velocity hiring process focused on the end candidate experience and delivering strong outcomes for hiring managers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business, utilizing market data and pipeline realities to ensure we are making the best possible hiring decisions.
  • Work with a talented group of leaders to scale the team that is changing the way private information is shared.
