About The Position

Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Recruiter (Hybrid/Remote). Work alongside our collaborative Recruiting and HR team at the Central Administration office located in NE Portland. By providing Managers and Candidates with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience. Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include: Provides excellent customer service to all external and internal customers. This includes effective, friendly, professional and timely communication while anticipating and prioritizing customer's needs. Manages TOC recruiting efforts, including advertising, resume review, phone screens, candidate recommendations, delegation to HR Assistant, interview scheduling, job offers and facilitates pay negotiations. Manages the new hire background screening and drug testing programs. Updates Human Resource Applicant Tracking System. Assists with annual projects, such as KPI reporting. Attends career fairs at local schools as an ambassador of TOC. Teamwork: Shows respect, collaboration and support for coworkers/supervisor/providers. Communicates effectively and professionally, accepts accountability. Remains flexible to changes and promotes a successful work environment. Safety & Policy Compliance: Adheres to TOC safety and health best practices. Consistently follows relevant laws & TOC policies, including Code of Conduct, Use of Personal Cell Phones, Attendance, IT Systems and Timekeeping policies. Maintains confidentiality, protects sensitive information, and adheres to HIPAA, security and privacy rules Candidates must be a resident of Oregon or Washington state with ability to attend in person meetings when needed. Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including: Minimum ­­­2 years HR experience required; minimum 1 year recruiting experience required. Previous HRMS experience required. Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources and recruitment process. Knowledge of MS Office products, including, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Strong organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate in a clear manner. Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task effectively and be flexible. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information in a professional manner. Ability to comply with all applicable safety/OSHA procedures and requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum ­­­2 years HR experience required; minimum 1 year recruiting experience required.
