Step into a pivotal role as a Recruiter, where you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to discover and attract top-tier professional talent. You’ll own the entire recruiting journey—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring every step is seamless and compliant. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide internal partners through market trends and competitive intelligence, empowering the business to thrive in today’s fast-evolving talent landscape and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities.

  • Provide recruiting support across multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying advanced sourcing best practices, translating recruiting concepts to practical applications to support the business, and demonstrating the ability to flex from strategic to tactical in support of the business.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and staff.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
  • Be proactive; actively engage with hiring managers, provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options to understand staffing needs and contract terms.
  • Utilize candidate relationship management skills to identify, qualify, and maintain candidates.
  • Communicate with managers on an on-going basis to identify and review requirements and responsiveness to organizational needs.
  • Perform individual full life cycle technical and non-technical recruiting and functional roles to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating/scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers to have an impact on contract deliverables and talent pipeline readiness.
  • Strategically build pipeline for both funded, contingent work, proposals, and surge hiring efforts.
  • Align with organizational/government contract goals • Understand security clearance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in staffing or talent acquisition. Experience in human resources is a plus.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence two days per week in McLean, VA.
  • Must be eligible for U.S. security clearance.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled in building, cultivating, and maintaining networks of qualified passive candidates, with systems to manage candidate pools.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and deadline-driven environments.
  • Results-oriented, with strong skills in managing multiple priorities.
  • Well-versed in OFCCP regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
