We’re looking for a driven Recruiter to support CLEAR’s continued growth. This role will partner across G&A and tech to deliver a best in class candidate experience alongside organizational results. This is a 6 month contract with potential for permanency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized roles across G&A and Tech (depth of experience in Security hiring a plus)
  • Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and other modern recruiting tools
  • Data-driven mindset: Metrics aren’t just numbers to you, they’re the roadmap to success
  • Relationship building: You’re a pro at engaging thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Action-oriented: High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Candidate-obsessed: You know the value of delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with impact: Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for our company goals
  • Be a talent market expert: Use data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisions
  • Source like a pro: Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill roles
  • Advocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes
  • Raise the bar: Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand
