The Recruiter supports full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and engaging talent through social media, job ads, events, and career fairs. Builds strong relationships with candidates, colleges, and networking partners, guides candidates through the hiring process, coordinates interviews, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborates with HR and hiring managers to promote recruiting excellence and a positive candidate experience. Requirements: Requires High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field is preferred. One year of work experience in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred. Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
