Requirements

  • At least three years’ experience working as a recruiter. Human Services field is a plus.
  • Effective communications verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Sourcing – Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates; partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs to build pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience & Culture – Manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting ATI’s mission, values, and WOW! Magic culture.
  • Systems & Reporting – Oversee applicant tracking in Paycom, provide timely updates to managers and candidates, and track recruiting efforts for weekly management and HR metrics reports.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement – Write and manage job postings, collaborate with team and Marketing on recruitment campaigns and referral programs, and develop cost-effective strategies to attract top talent.
