About The Position

D1 Training Spartanburg is hiring two part-time Recruiters to join our front-line sales team as we launch the most exciting training facility in the Upstate. This is more than a desk job — it’s a boots-on-the-ground, rep-driven role where you’ll play a direct part in growing the D1 Spartanburg athlete community. 🚨 We’re hiring a CLOSER to close deals and close the Facility at the end of the day! 🔥 CLOSING SHIFT (3:00 PM – 8:30 PM): You’re a closer. A hunter. Someone who thrives on hearing “no” and turning it into “yes.” Make 50+ outbound calls/texts daily Book and run consultations Build value and sell our programs (1-on-1, team deals, memberships) Create energy at the front desk and during events Previous fitness sales or commission experience preferred D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.

Requirements

  • You have an athlete’s mindset — competitive, coachable, consistent
  • You’re outgoing, confident, and energized by talking to people
  • You understand how to influence and guide people toward what they need
  • You take pride in your ability to build relationships that last
  • You want to be part of a vision — not just punch a clock

Nice To Haves

  • Previous fitness sales or commission experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound call/text/email activity to nurture leads
  • Book free trials, consultations, and convert memberships
  • Deliver exceptional in-person member experiences
  • Represent D1 Spartanburg at events and outreach opportunities
  • Help build a real athlete-based culture in the Spartanburg community
  • Make 50+ outbound calls/texts daily
  • Book and run consultations
  • Build value and sell our programs (1-on-1, team deals, memberships)
  • Create energy at the front desk and during events
