Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of recruiting experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
  • Comfortable in a high-energy, in-office environment
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting and staffing needs with the Agency Director, Regional Director, and HR Support
  • branch phone coverage as needed to assist caregivers, candidates, and clients
  • Proactively source and recruit caregivers to meet current and anticipated staffing needs
  • Manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, references, and screenings
  • Conduct new-hire orientations and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
  • Maintain active employee files and ensure compliance with hiring standards
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity
  • Pitch in where neededbecause teamwork makes the dream work!
