AIR’s Talent Management team is seeking a Recruiter to join its forward-thinking and collaborative team. The Recruiter plays a key role in executing inclusive, efficient, and high-quality hiring processes that support AIR’s mission and values. Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, the Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, builds candidate pipelines, and delivers a positive candidate experience while contributing to AIR’s broader talent and workforce goals. This position reports to the Senior Recruiter within the team. Creative and relationship‑driven, the Recruiter builds lasting connections with both candidates and hiring managers, and leverages data and analytics to generate insights that make AIR’s hiring processes smarter, more strategic, and more effective. This position offers flexibility to be fully remote within the United States (does not include U.S. territories) or to work in a hybrid capacity from AIR’s offices in Crystal City, VA, or Chicago, IL, with occasional travel required for meetings and training sessions.
