We're on pace to hit $50M this year . We're growing fast, and we need someone to own recruiting and help us build the team that takes us there. This role reports directly to the founder. No layers. No bureaucracy. You'll have a seat at the table and a direct line to the person making decisions. You won't be hiring for boring back-office roles. You'll be building our creative engine —the video editors, designers, and creative strategists who drive the ads that drive the revenue. These are hard-to-find roles that require real headhunting, not just posting jobs and waiting. You'll own the full recruiting function. Over time, you'll build a team beneath you.
