The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire high-quality candidates in support of organizational staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter works collaboratively with the Senior Recruiter and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to align recruitment efforts with departmental priorities, support strategic initiatives, and maintain consistent recruitment practices. This position is expected to communicate proactively, implement feedback, exercise sound judgment, and maintain ownership of assigned requisitions while contributing to a cohesive and high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
