Requirements

Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs across multiple locations
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer stage
Source candidates using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities
Maintain and update employee records and recruiting data in the HRIS system
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
Perform additional HR and recruiting duties as assigned
