About The Position

Turner Staffing Group is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support ongoing hiring efforts across our client base. This is a remote position with occasional travel in the Elko, NV area for hiring events, site visits, and in-person candidate engagement. This role works directly with company leadership and offers a clear path to full-time employment based on performance and business demand. It’s ideal for someone looking to grow within a specialized, relationship-driven recruiting environment.

Requirements

• Recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Must be located near Elko, NV or able to travel locally as needed
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the mining industry strongly preferred (operations, HR, safety, or recruiting)

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles across multiple clients
• Manage job postings and maintain organized candidate pipelines
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with clients
• Support local recruiting efforts in the Elko area (site visits, networking)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for ongoing workforce needs
• Assist with additional projects and operational support as needed in a growing business
