The recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, including: requisition posting, sourcing, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, job offers, coordination of new hire paperwork, maintaining databases, and acting as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates. Recruiters interpret compensation, benefits, job descriptions, and position requirements to applicants. Assist in the development and implementation of job descriptions, compensation, human resources policies, procedures, strategies and planning. Recruiters attend recruitment events on and off campus, representing OSUMC. Must be able to work independently, exhibit a professional appearance, make decisions and support all team members. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with OSUMC's mission, vision, values, and performance standards.
