PEG, LLC is in need of a passionate, driven, and experienced Recruiter to play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth by attracting and securing top-tier talent across all levels. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement to selection and hiring, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders and HR management, the Recruiter develops and implements innovative recruiting strategies that strengthen the company’s talent pipeline, elevate employer branding, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role also champions process improvement, leverages data-driven insights to enhance hiring efficiency, and ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
