Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations. Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in all candidate and client interactions. Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and recruitment-related initiatives. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics. Mains timely and accurate statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS. May represent Signature Performance at career events as assigned. Other duties may be assigned.
