As a Laserfiche Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the workforce that drives our company forward. You’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting across multiple departments—including software development, sales, marketing, and professional services—ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent. You’ll leverage data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to strengthen our talent pipeline and elevate our employer brand. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area
2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a software or technology-driven organization
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong consultative and communication skills with hiring teams and candidates
Knowledge of local labor markets and current recruiting trends

Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines
Develop sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent through job boards, career networks, social media, and referrals
Screen and interview candidates to assess fit, experience, and skillset
Coordinate feedback with hiring managers and support decision-making processes
Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately within the ATS
Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruiting practices
