BHC is seeking a focused and adaptable Recruiter to join our dynamic Hospital Staffing Leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision. Every duty or responsibility should further the mission of BHC and improve the quality of life for every client receiving our services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
  • Must be able pass a background check, abuse, neglect, sexual abuse registry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent.
  • Source candidates through job fairs, community outreach, social media, and job boards.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist candidates with application processes, certifications, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, background checks, and credentialing.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
