Our first product is a set of APIs for AIs to do more with web data. We are a fully in-person team based in both San Francisco and Palo Alto, CA. You will shape our hiring process and systems, build a world-class talent brand, and hire an amazing team. You will understand our culture and product needs deeply to find the right talent for our stage. You will be the primary architect of how we scale. You: Love the "blank canvas" stage of a startup. You are a recruiter by training but also may have worked in branding, operations, or roles that require building systems from scratch. You care most about owning the candidate experience and long-term team impact. Our founder is Parag Agrawal. Previously, he was the CEO and CTO at Twitter.
