About The Position

Graziano's Restaurant Group is hiring a Recruiter to support its growing staffing needs across its restaurant and market operations. This position will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates, with a strong focus on front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant roles. The Recruiter is involved with supporting the following areas:

Requirements

• Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
• Restaurant/Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
• Language: English (Required); Spanish (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge or experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (front-of-house or back-of-house familiarity preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the HR team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with JobScore is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management restaurant positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Post open roles on various job boards and manage applicant flow.
• Proactively source candidates through different recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Assist with drafting offer letters and processing new hire paperwork.
• Help maintain applicant tracking system and ensure candidate records are accurate.
• Represent Graziano's employment brand professionally during all candidate interactions.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant employment laws and recruiting best practices.
