The recruiter oversees the entirety of the hiring process for our caregiver applicants. From initial outreach through interviewing, providing guidance and clarification of pre-hire duties and aiding in the onboarding process, the recruiter will be the representative face of the company for new employees. This role requires consistent and clear communication with our operations team as the needs of our team are an ever-evolving matter. Strong organization and time-management skills are a necessity as the role requires flexibility of priorities. This role will also assist in the recruitment of non-caregiver positions as required, as well as other duties as needed when covering for HR Coordinator.
