About The Position

We believe great people power great car washes — and that’s where you come in. We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple car wash locations. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for hourly and management-level positions. This individual will partner closely with field leadership, provide a high-touch candidate experience, and help build a strong, diverse workforce. This role is remote with required travel to the region as needed - South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred in high-volume or hourly roles)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tool
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus
• Experience using Paylocity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
• Post and manage job ads across job boards and social media
• Source candidates through proactive outreach and community partnerships
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
• Collaborate with field leaders to understand staffing needs
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for all applicants
